Kim did a fabulous job managing the renovations of our home prior to sale. Her organisational ability was outstanding and she updated us all through the renovations with phone calls, texts emails and photos so we could see the improvements as they took place. We are 100% sure we would not have obtained the price we did without Kim's help. Highly recommended!

I have wanted to update and landscape my backyard ever since we bought our home many years ago. The immediate motivation was the impending arrival of our first grandchild, and my want for her to have a lovely, safe and beautiful area to be able to grow up and play in. In search for the right people to do the job I went to the Seniors' Expo, and there I met the Director of Renovation Matters, Kim Persson.Kim and her team were absolutely incredible - I was particularly impressed with and grateful for their punctuality and professionalism.Everything happened very promptly and without undue delay from the first quote. The communication was easy and the team always arrived when they said they would. They were also all lovely people, who were a pleasure to deal with, even through challenges such as rain delays and a sloped block. During the project, I also asked to make several amendments and they were incredibly supportive and accommodating, able to do all the additional work which came together to execute the job to perfection.Throughout the job Kim demonstrated excellent project management skills and took all the stress out of the works for me.I am extremely grateful to the team for the outstanding work done, and highly recommend Renovation Matters to anyone else in need of landscaping/similar work.

My wife and I love our new open plan kitchen-lounge. Kim was very hands on and visited often to ensure we were happy and that the tradies were comfortable with the work required. Everyone was very friendly and did a great job. So happy with the end result.

Handled it all. Her revamp was so instrumental in the agents being able to get me an excellent price for my house. And she was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

As can be expected with an older home, there were some unknowns that were uncovered during the renovation work. However, Kim took this in her stride and worked closely with her team to adjust and rectify, communicating well and consulting with me for key decision making.

Kim even negotiated quotes down where she could and advised me where not to undertake work that would be unlikely to deliver a return on investment. A number of times, Kim went beyond her scope of work, liaising with neighbours, watering and even weeding ... always trying to keep the house in tip-top condition for an upcoming auction.

Considering I was overseas the whole time, Kim did a great job in communicating with me and providing regular updates and pictures of work.

In summary, I would highly recommend Renovation Matters to those wishing to either upgrade or sell their home.
