This Kambah renovation was designed to help the homeowners stay in and enjoy their existing home, rather than move.
The layout was retained, but key areas were updated to make the home more functional and better suited to everyday living. The work focused on improving the kitchen, dining and living areas, while also updating windows and adding a large sliding door to create a better connection between the interior and outside.
The result was a more practical, comfortable home that made better use of the existing footprint without the need for a major extension.

With the kitchen and surrounding areas updated, new windows installed and a large sliding door opening the home to the outdoors, the property was better suited to the owners’ day-to-day needs and their plans to remain in the home long term.
